A T1 apartment of two rooms with a pentry and a bathrrom in the AlSunset areas of Albufeira, close to the beach of Praia dos Alemães, for up to four people. The apartment is equiped with a double-bed and a sofa convertible into another double-bed. There is also a pentry with microwave oven and a refrigerator and a freezer. In the bathroom you will find a shower, toilet and a basin. A flat-screen television and free WiFi is available in the apartment. Access to street parking and tovels and bedding is included.

There are several pools available just one minute walk from the apartment.
Checkin & Checkout
Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is att noon 11H00. A minimum booking of six nights is offered.
House Rules
- It is strictly forbidden to live more than four people in the flat.
- Smoking is totaly forbidden everywhere in the flat.
- Noise is not allowed after 11H00 PM
- Furniture is not to be draged during the night
- Beach Towels are not allowed to hang on the balcony
- BBQ is not alowed on balcony, garden or street
- Don’t block the building entrance when parking your car
- Do not drop papers or other things in the toilet, please use the toilet bin
- No pets allowed.
Any obstruction to these rules will lead to immediate departure from the flat. The obediance of the rules will be controlled during your stay.
Pricing
Ths price for this apartment is between 120 and 210 Euro per night depending on the season. At booking you are requested to pay 50% of the total sum as a booking fee.
A cleaning fee of 75 euro is added to each booking.

Cancellation Policy
Booking cancelled up to 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund. Less than 30 days no refund will be made. At booking you will pay 50% of the total sum and the rest 50% at arrival.

Within 10 minutes of walk you will find around six restaurants with a variety of menus.
Just 10 minutes away by a taxi you have Vilamoura Marina with many restaurants, bars och shops wih a variety of goods.
Beaches
The nearest beach is Praia dos Alemães. A little bit further you will find the beaches of Praia dos Aveiros and Praia da Oura that welcomes you with its warm sand.
Airport
Faro airport is situated around 30 km from the apartment. It is easyly and affordably accessed by taxi. From the airport you have direct flights to Sweden with for example Norwegian and SAS.
Golf
Within a 15 minutes by car you will find a golf course.
Tennis
Bring your racket and you will find the tennis court on site available for you.

There are 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pools and one bubble-pool at site available for your everyday comfort. A sauna at extra cost and by separate booking at the reception is also available.

100% recommend and can’t wait to come back. 4 of us girls came, place is so so modern and beautiful. so spacious. plenty of room to sleep. andre was an amazing host and communicated so well. even let us stay extra days to help us out. so so close to the strip, 3 min drive, £4 uber. if your going to stay anywhere stay here everything about this place is perfect!
Very clean apartment, without noise. Swimming pools are near the building with sun beds and sun umbrellas.. Everything is good

Lovely tidy modern spacious apartment in a great complex. Quiet and with great views. Our room had truely AMAZING sunset views on the balcony. The space was clean modern and had everything we needed. The pools are clean and beautiful with bars and food and basic shopping on site. The resort was 10 min level walk to the huge well priced grocery store. It was a 15 min downhill walk to the nightlife with restaurants and clubs and a similar walk to beach. There is a local Uber service called Bolt. Download it for discounted rates and great service. Overall I’d recommend this space for couple alone or with a child (extra bedding available) and Andre will look after you very well!
